With over 25 years of experience in project management, project controls, scheduling, and infrastructure delivery, Alex Jafari is a results-oriented professional recognized for leading and supporting major multi-billion-dollar infrastructure and transit projects from concept to close-out.

He specializes in project controls, schedule development, constructability planning, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment between planning, design, procurement, and construction activities.

Alex’s technical expertise in Primavera P6, integrated project controls systems, and strategic risk management enables data-driven decision-making and enhanced project transparency throughout all project phases.

His professional approach combines constructability insight, master scheduling, and collaborative leadership to support the successful execution of complex multidisciplinary projects.
