With over 25 years of experience in project management, controls, and scheduling, Alex Jafari is a results-oriented professional known for leading major multi-billion-dollar infrastructure and transit projects from concept to close-out.

He specializes in project controls, schedule development, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment between planning, design, procurement, and construction. His technical expertise in Primavera P6 and integrated control systems enables data-driven decision-making and project transparency.

Alex’s professional focus combines constructability insights, master scheduling, and strategic risk management to deliver projects efficiently and collaboratively.
